Antique Seth Thomas 8 Day “Beehive” Style Striking Mantle Clock. This beautifully styled clock was made by The Seth Thomas Clock Co. In Thomaston, Connecticut, USA during the earlier 1900’s. It features a quality Seth Thomas #89 movement which has been cleaned and is in good running order, keeping time and gonging properly. The nicely styled mahogany case is still in the original finish. ANTIQUE OGEE CLOCK WITH HARD TO FIND BUILT IN ALARM! Made by famous clock maker Seth ThomasSmith. Most likely made in the mid to late 1800’s. Weights and key included. Large 25 1/4″ tall, 15 1/4″ wide, and 4 1/4 deep. Looks to be walnut overlay but please see pictures to be sure. The neither of the glass panels has cracks or chips.
