This antique pendulum wall clock with a unique second hand is in very good condition and working. It has some ware from age and use but a minimal amount for being over 100 years old. The Seth Thomas movement is marked with an 80. After research, I think that this clock was made in the late 1800’s though I don’t see any markings on the back indicating the year it was made. It is 32″ tall, 16″ wide and almost 6 thick. The face is 12 in diameter and has a bit of ware on the bottom numbers from the hands, which are loose, that may have been rubbing. This […]

Up for sale is this very unusual Seth Thomas Parlor or Kitchen Clock. Im not sure if this was part of the City Series or what the model is called. It has the beautiful lyre shaped Movement and impressive brass and iron Coil Gong. I literally tested this clock for 15 minutes prior to listing, just long enough to hear it Strike, and it has a very deep resonance. Measures about 15 3/4 x 11. Be “on the Ball” with this working historic clock from the Balls Watch Company/Seth Thomas. It has faint pencil marks on the back panel that possibly tell something about where it came from but are too faded to read. Look close at the close up of the back panel and you’ll see the faint writing. It appears to be original and untouched. The original Balls label is intact and covering the original Seth Thomas label.
