We wound it slightly. It kept time for a half hour and chimed before we packed it. Appears the clock dial may have been painted. Does not include key. Please assume the clock needs TLC, mechanical cleaning, tuning, oil. We tested for a half hour only. I WAS JUST TOLD THAT THIS CLOCK IS A REPRODUCTION FROM THE LATE 70’S OR EARLY 80’S. SO TAKE THAT INTO CONSIDERATION. THIS IS STILL A BEAUTIFUL CLOCK, NO MATTER WHAT THE YEAR. Based on the label and some research I believe this clock is 1905 or 1906. Measures 15″ x 6″ x 11 and weighs 8 pounds. Original, full label on the back. The clock does’tick tock’.
