Antique Seth Thomas 30 hour clock. Comes with key and pendulum. Runs and strikes the number of hours, these never had the half hour strike. The case is in good original condition with overall wear and tear. The dial is badly flaking and it flakes more every time you touch it. There are a few things you can do to fix the dial, the easiest being to paste a paper image onto the dial, find another one in better condition or just leave it as is. This company made a series using American cities as their names, other companies used opera names, rivers, ect. On the back it is stamped 8881 which you read in reversed and gives you it was made in 1888 this clock is 136 years old and is in excellent shape! 8 day time and strike spring driven lyre movement. Good condition clock, includes the key, worked last time it was wound 5 years ago. Bell still worked too. Mounted to handsome wood wall mount to hang and display. There is some tarnish that may be able to be cleaned up. I tried to highlight those areas as much as possible.
