This is fine Seth Thomas marked WH Blurock that is running and striking fine and for those who don’t realize they go up to 8 strikes every half hour for a total 4 hour watch. I believe it is a 30 hr movement unlike the time only double mainspring 8 days. I can’t swear the person that remarked the dial did it correctly, the WH looks like might have been WK and googling Blurock Seattle all that comes up is Blue Rock, maybe the previous owners name? I’m not an expert on clocks so I’ll explain it the best I can. Ringer moves when the strike lever is moved but doesn’t ring.

Great piece of history. See pictures on back as per its servicing. I’m guessing it was 1913 not 2013 based on the wear. Lever on left when you push up activates bell. Bell chimes three times when you push lever. Has key not sure if key is original. Wind up on right turns and clocks. Windup on left does not turn. Bell Works Clock Doesn’t.
