Antique/Vintage Seth Thomas Mantle Clock. Nice wood cabinet with four pillars & a lion’s head on each side. In very nice looking condition. Clock may have been refinished. Clock will run for about a minute with pendulum attached but with no pendulum it will run a little longer. I’m not sure if pendulum is original to clock or not. There is No Key. Also along with the pendulum is a long hooked wire that hooked to pendulum and stuck into a tiny hole in the inside of case which I believe was used to hold pendulum from moving during being moved or storage. Sorry for the crummy pics, I could barely move the thing. I was told this came out of a bank in Freehold, NJ. Even though its missing the crown, its still 70 tall as it stands. Other than the crown, it looks pretty complete, but I cant be sure because I never had anything like this. No weight looks to be present. The finish is alligatored, and the paint is peeling on the dial. I have no way of knowing whether it works. I do have two keys, one for winding and one for the door.
