This clock is an estate find and while the key is present I have not wound the clock as I’ve read that they can be wound too tight. The key, Pendulum Rod, and Bob are present. There are four antique screws present on back panel that I don’t believe are original (see photos for details). The original label is still affixed to the back. This Seth Thomas Mantle clock dates to around 1900. This clock was made in the United States of America. Original Seth Thomas 4 ½ movement has been completely overhauled and is in working condition. Movement taken apart, ultrasonically cleaned, repairs made as needed, new springs installed, lubricated and tested. Includes key and pendulum. Cabinet is the original Adamantine finish that was only used by Seth Thomas. Cabinet was cleaned and polished. Considering the age, it is in exceptionally nice condition. Based on the label and some research I believe this clock is 1905 or 1906. Measures 15″ x 6″ x 11 and weighs 8 pounds. Original, full label on the back. The clock does’tick tock’. Have not tested any other functions / chiming. Hope it finds a new home with you so it can be appreciated for many more years to come! Will be packaged carefully and insured.
