Up for sale is this Antique Seth Thomas Adamantine Mantle Clock Rare Form Ribbon Decoration. It has a handful of cosmetic issues, a couple of edge chips, inappropriate screws holding on the back, I think the whole bezel is replaced and it was a bit of a pain to get to stay closed. This antique patent September 7, 1880 Seth Thomas Adamantine mantle clock is in excellent smoke free running condition. It does have a tiny part of the top of the front right leg missing (really don’t notice it). It is a 4 column faux green marble with the key, pendulum and paper label on the back. Actually belonged to a very well known Rhode Island mobster who passed away. This is a gorgeous antique Seth Thomas clock from the late 1800’s. The clock is working/running and the bell/gong are fully functional. I ran the clock for about two days and it is losing about 10 minutes every 24 hours. May need a few adjustments.
