Seth Thomas Mantle Clock Adamantine. Estimated to be from the 1880s. Seth Thomas Adamantine with label 295A and movement no. High Grade 21 Jewel movement. Measures 18 in wide x 11 in tall x 7 in deep. Includes the winding key. Pre-owned condition with some light signs of use. The clock runs when on a level surface. Actually belonged to a very well known Rhode Island mobster who passed away. This is a gorgeous antique Seth Thomas clock from the late 1800’s. The clock is working/running and the bell/gong are fully functional. I ran the clock for about two days and it is losing about 10 minutes every 24 hours. May need a few adjustments. Antique Refurbished 1890s Seth Thomas Adamantine 8-Day Mantel Clock Label # 295A. Back door has “ST” stamped in relief. The clock mechanism has been cleaned, face has been replaced. The lions at each end and the feet at each corner are in excellent condition. The adamantine has no nicks or breaks. Key and original pendulum are wrapped in a foam pocket. Go through the packing material very carefully until you find them. It’s a lovely clock in excellent condition and runs like a champ!
