Seth Thomas Clock Movement 89E – RC577. For your consideration we have a Seth Thomas 89E time and strike clock movement for parts or repair. It comes with pendulum leader, gong, alarm mechanism, and bell. It will need to be cleaned and serviced before use. There has been some solder work (see pictures) to some bushings on the back plate. Can be cleaned up. It has power to both trains. The plates measure about 5-5/16″ by 3-5/8″ (without extension). The distance between plates is about 1-3/8. The center to center distance between the hand arbor and the winding arbors is about 1-3/8. The center to center distance between both winding arbors is about 3-1/8″ and 2″ from winding arbor to center arbor. Movements are for repair or parts. They may need to be overhauled or just a clean and oil. It may need springs and/or bushings.
