This is an excellent Vintage Large Brass Clock Porthole that would look great in a Restaurant/Bar, Office or wherever you like. This porthole has 4 brass screw eyes which unscrew to remove the front. The glass front is plexiglass. You could make a unique table out of it if you like. The clock inside is a Seth Thomas which is a newer model and works great. It takes a double A battery. 1910s Antique Seth Thomas Crystal Regulator Mantel Shelf Clock Working Correctly. Displays and performs great. Measures 11tall, 6.5wide and 5.5 deep. The case is in very good condition with no dents or repairs. The glass on all 4 sides has no damage or chips except for left side bottom. There is a minor repair to a chip. The 3.5 porcelain dial is in very good condition with a possibility faint hairline at 9. The adjustable pendulum is original and works correctly with this movement. Nice porcelain dial is in very good condition with only a scratch at the key hole. Heavy bevel glass door also in very good condition with no cracks and chips. WONDERFUL SETH THOMAS SONS & COMPANY GILT FIGURAL MANTEL CLOCK CIRCA 1872. Measures approximately 15 ½ high by 17 ½ wide by 5 ½ deep. Clock has been serviced and is running fine. It is running fast but can be adjusted by moving the pendulum balance either up or down.
