This is a rare vintage Seth Thomas Art Deco Blue Mirrored 8 day clock in good working condition. The overall dimensions are 5.75″ by 4.75″ and is about 2.5 deep. The gold numerals are very nice and there is some silver flaking on the inside edge of the face as shown in the photographs. I believe the clock was made with gold-plated numerals and silver-plated interior facing but I couldn’t find andy marking to verify that. Vintage Seth Thomas Mantle Clock – Chime Works. I moved the hands to the noon hour hour and it donged. There is no key for the clock. Clock time needs some work. Possible oil due to sitting around for a long time.

Looks to have a woodcock bird type nature scene on the glass with some illegible writing and a number a year?? 1877 on the obverse. Has the original backing paper that adds to the look and feel of these old ogee clocks. 16.5″ tall, 10.5″ wide, and 4 deep. The wood body is in good shape with light signs of age. Both glass panes look good. The little locking handle is original and works as it should. The door is a little loose. The face has that perfect amount of patina only found with antiques.
