As mentioned in condition I worked on movement, but didn’t realize until I put it back into the case that it chimes a few minutes early, and needs winding more like every 6 days, rather than 8. Has a nice watch-type floating balance escapement. It’s keeping pretty good time, but you might need to adjust fast/slow lever once it’s set up to adjust to your placement. Im not sure exactly what is happening, but they dont seem to be working. Maybe I just need a different battery, or maybe the clock mechanism needs to be replaced, Im not sure. Ive included a picture of the mechanism so youre aware of what the issue could possibly be. There are a few finish scrapes also, which Ive tried to show in the picture.
