Offered for sale from my private collection is this outstanding Seth Thomas pillar and scroll circa 1820 more than 200 years old! The clock is in correct and accurate running condition. It is a 30 hour wood works clock. The case is outstanding! Scrolls are original and nearly perfect. Has the mild curvature consistent with a truly original cock. Sets and runs correctly. Vintage Seth Thomas skeleton clock in very nice condition. This same exact mechanism is used in Kundo clocks. Very high quality German construction. I installed 2 new glass panels on the sides as the originals were damaged. Of course, one developed a small hairline crack when I was installing it–see photo. If this crack grows in the future, your local picture frame store can cut a new glass piece for a few dollars. Very cheap and easy. Overall a beautiful piece.
