Here is a very nice condition “Adamantine” finish 8 day time and strike mantle clock made by the Seth Thomas Clock Co. In Thomaston, Connecticut during the very early 1900’s. This clock is in a red woodgrain style Adamantine finish which may have been designed to simulate rosewood. The brass bezel and dial assembly is in very nice condition. This clock features the original signed Seth Thomas movement, which is in good running condition, keeping time and striking properly, counting the hour, i. 1 gong at 1:00, 2 gongs at 2:00, etc. […]
