This is a celluloid finish that in the catalogs is described this way; “the finish is very durable and cannot be scratched or dented by any ordinary usage”. The clock is time-only and includes the original Seth Thomas mechanical brass movement with dual mainsprings. The clock is in excellent condition, runs well (see video), and includes a key (the key is not original to the clock). Per the photos, there are negligible marks/dents to the clock from age/use. The clock measures approximately 7 inches across the front bezel, and 3 1/2 inches in depth. Please note that any measurement devices e.
