The clock chimes at 30 minutes as opposed to at the top of the hour, which will likely need adjusted. Beautiful MCM Seth Thomas carriage Mantle Clock. From the pinnacle of well made, attractive, functioning, collectable & attainable clocks.. Kieninger & Obergfell made in West Germany. Transistor, 4 glass brass, skeleton dial, with pendulum. Operates with one C (1.5v) battery. 4 height adjustable feet for leveling. This specimen was acquired from the Division of Time corp in Norcross, GA. It has a few light scratches, as well as small dark spots consistent with time and use.
