Antique Seth Thomas Queen Anne Oak Wall Clock
Antique Seth Thomas “Queen Anne” wall clock, solid oak case 36″ tall 13″ wide and 5 deep and is in wonderful condition. 8-day time and strike movement with sweep second hand is very clean and runs strong. Movement is stamped with a patent date of Dec. 28, 1875, door lock is functional and there two splits to the top of the case due to shrinkage. I would date the clock to 1883. Paper dial is a replacement and pendulum rod is not original to the clock. This a great example of the Queen Anne.
