Antique SETH THOMAS 14 Shelf Clock in Victorian Ornate Metal Case WORKS! This clock measures 14 tall and features a painted dial. Age is unknown but I’m thinking it’s from the 1890’s to 1900’s era. I does a single ding on the half hour and a number of dings on the full hour but the count is off. What I mean by that is when I advanced the time to 12:00 – it dinged 8 times. Antique Cincinnati Time Recorder Company – Movement by Seth Thomas Clock. Interesting old clock that still ticks away when pendulum swings. I did not wind nor did I check to see if it keeps time.
