Looks to have a woodcock bird type nature scene on the glass with some illegible writing and a number a year?? 1877 on the obverse. Has the original backing paper that adds to the look and feel of these old ogee clocks. 16.5″ tall, 10.5″ wide, and 4 deep. The wood body is in good shape with light signs of age. Antique Seth Thomas Faux Marble Adamantine Mantle Clock. Damage: missing key so we were unable to test. Back wall is cracked in half, see photos, rub marks on top corners. This is an extremely rare design. Front sides have beautiful decor pieces, ends have a woman warrior looking head. The only other with this head design on the side is said to be made in 1880. We do not see a stamped date anywhere on or inside the clock but would assume that this is from that time period.
