Antique Seth Thomas “Queen Anne” wall clock, solid oak case 36″ tall 13″ wide and 5 deep and is in wonderful condition. 8-day time and strike movement with sweep second hand is very clean and runs strong. Movement is stamped with a patent date of Dec. 28, 1875, door lock is functional and there two splits to the top of the case due to shrinkage. I would date the clock to 1883. 1920s Antique Seth Thomas Mantel Clock Working. Displays and keeps accurate time. The clock measures 6 wide, 9.5 tall and 5.5deep. The case is in very good condition with very few marks(see top). No repairs or breaks. The 3.5dial, 4 bezel and beveled glass are all in great shape. The 8 day brass movement is clean and keeps accurate time. However, the movement does not strike each hour correctly. The movement correctly strikes once on every half hour but only strikes once at the top of every hour.
