This is an exquisite mantle clock, made by Seth Thomas in the Adamintine celluloid finish. The pattern is faux marble, varigated green, black and beige. This particular clock is considered rare and is highly desirable; please notice the fluted corinthian columns, layered in the same adamintine finish. Beautiful piece with granite accented base. This is really a unique clock. Its a combination of two good makers. Seth Thomas and Sessions. The dial and pendulum bob are Sessions’ and the movement is Seth Thomas. I acquired this piece at an Estate Sale so i don’t know much about it. I’m thinking at one point it was repaired hence the two different makers parts.
