WWII Seth Thomas Merchant 14 day Ships Clock. I got it three weeks ago. It has run off and on for up to 2 days, and its not running now. It may just need a service and polish. There are 9 service inscriptions on the back of the case (the most Ive ever seen) starting from 1942, 43, 44, 48, 50 etc (see photos) so it could date back to the 30s. Comes with original key. Seth Thomas Starburst/Sunburst Teak Clock 1960s/70s. Stunning 26 inch (in diameter) retro clock Seth Thomas clock, made in Scotland. Overall in good condition and works well. Clock face (7 inches in diameter) and numerals in good condition (but would benefit from a polish). Metal parts have some tarnish and 3 of the 4 clips that hold the clock face in place have broken (see photos). The most recent broke when I removed the clock from my mum’s wall where it has hung for decades.
