Up for sale is this Early Antique Seth Thomas Brass Marine Lever Locomotive Or Ships Clock. A key will be included. This clock was restored by a previous owner and they mounted the dial to the sides of the case in a way that in order to get to the movement you have to remove the the brass tacks or nails and pull it out the back (after removing the hands). Large old brass clock from Allis-Chalmers Milwaukee Works. It was made by the American Steam Gauge & Valve Company and has a Seth Thomas movement. The face is about 10 inches diameter and the bezel is 12 3/8 inches. It is in working order with some issues. The movement is a vintage replacement. The glass is also replaced. It has tarnish and wear and the back rim has a bend at the top mounting hole. The keys both work, but are replacements. The door often does not lock when it is shut. This is a Seth Thomas Eclipse wood wind up wall clock. The number on inside edge of the door is marked No. There is a broken corner of the glass (see picture) this clock also has a bell, the bell winds but does not have a stop and it just runs out as soon as you stop winding it and the striker does not hit the bell.
