One of the screws that holds the movement in is stripped. There is no pendulum and I can see that the hammer for the chime has been bent around. I don’t know if it needs anything else. The item you are looking at is a very rare antique Seth Thomas wooden electric mantle clock with alarm. I don’t know anything about these old clocks. I took many photos to show the clock from every angle. There is some dust on the inside of the clock face (which can be removed) that can be seen in the photos at the bottom of the face.
