It is mahogany with beautiful inlay on the front. This is one of the finest examples of this type of clock I have ever seen. It is in amazing condition for being over 100 years old! Probably from the late 1800s to early 1900s. 13 inches tall , 11 inches wide , and 7 inches depth. The woodgrain finish is very good and does not have any damage to the wood. It does come with the pendulum and key. I did get the clock to run only for a few minutes at most but eventually stops. It chimes every 15 minutes and on the hour. I don’t know how accurate it keeps time and I also do not know if its supposed to have a bell. I have not heard a bell in the time I have had it. It does not come with the winding key. This clock has the black dial. This clock came off the bulkhead of a U. It is sometimes referred to as a porthole clock because it operates the same way with hing and lock-down toggle.
