Time Only w/ a Seconds Hand/Face. Would make a great gift or keep for yourself. Just a beautiful brass case on this clock. Would guess the clock dates to just before the WWII period. Has “K478″ impressed on the back of the case. Maritime Commission in 1936. The bezel is securely attached to the rest of the case. Flat glass in the bezel is intact. Antique Seth Thomas 8 day mantel clock, circa 1890s. Victorian and Grecian styling with Corinthian columns along the front and ormolu mounts. Topped with an Art Deco stag finial and marbled accents. The Adamantine clocks had a beautiful faux marble finish. Good antique condition, wear commensurate with age. Working, finial added at a later date. 16.5″ x 7″ x 16h.
