Turn of last century Umbria wall clock for parts or restoration. Circa 1890’s, Seth Thomas Clock Co. 15 day time only, Umbria wall clock. Movement: Original 15 day double wind movement. Springs, and gears in good condition. Could use a good cleaning. Ticking, but untested further. The paint was flaking badly, so I refinished it. Case: Oak with oak veneers in original finish. Although the surface finish has some bubbling of the finish, the veneer and wood are well adhered. Nicks and scrapes commensurate with age. Original door locks work well, tip of finial is missing. Pendulum: Original with repair to lower stick. Hands: The seconds, minute and hour hands are all original. Glasses: Original upper and lower door glasses. Nice original clock with repainted dial.
