This antique Seth Thomas Gothic Steeple Clock, also known as the “Sharon” model, is a beautiful and functional piece of Victorian decor. With an 8-day movement and a chime sequence of time and strike, this clock runs and strikes smoothly, but not tested for accurate timekeeping. Made of mahogany wood and brass, this clock features a rectangular shape and stands at 14″ tall, 9″ wide, and 6 long. The clock is in good working order but has not been tested to ensure that it is keeping accurate time. Time keeping adjustments are easily made by loosening or tightening the pendulum nut. Whether you are a clock collector or simply looking for a unique piece of antique decor, this Seth Thomas Gothic Steeple Clock is a great addition to any room. A Seth Thomas “Sharon” steeple mantle clock. Clock comprised of a mahogany body with a pointed top flanked by decorative finals, and set on a plinth base. The white face has black Roman numerals, with hand painted pink flowers and green leaves to top and bottom corners. Under the face is a black glass with gold tone oval pendulum window. Hinged door front to access the face and the pendulum. With key Works Need Adjust. 9.25″ W x 14.5″ H x 4.75 D.

This is a vintage Seth Thomas clock in Steeple design and marked 5005. I believe it is Mahogany. I know Nothing about these old clocks. It has the pendulum and key, is running and the chime strikes. Although it seems to run fast for a while and then stop. The face is in good condition and there is no damage to the glass or wood. I do not know how to get into it to see the workings. The clock measures approx. 14″ high by 9″ across and 5 deep. Comes with pendulum and key, as shown. There is also a hang tag that states it was a Christmas gift in 1960.
