Antique Seth Thomas U. NAVY BOAT CLOCK great for restoration needs. The case has its original unpolished patina. There Is an old bump on the ring. The glass has multiple cracks. The clock dial is loose and missing the key and clock hands. Sounds like there is something loose inside that slides around when you tilt it. This will make a worthy restoration project.
