The clock winds up and runs and the clock chimes on the hour and half hour however the strikes don’t match the hands… The brass portions are just raw brass with no protective coating… Likewise there is cleaning polish or residue it and around the bezel and back the outside diameter of the bezel not including the wheel handles is 5 inches… The glass 4 inches… Please see photos as part of the description.
