Seth Thomas Miniature Pillar & Scroll Mantel Clock “Tradition”, ca 1950. Hand rubbed mahogany, 20 tall, push button door opener, 3 original brass finials, 8 day pendulum movement. Strikes on the hour and half hour. It’s been in my personal collection and has been running fine for years. The face is clean, the top of the case has some wear on the wood. SETH THOMAS MANTLE CLOCK. Up for sale is a Seth Thomas Adamantine mantle clock. This is an amazing piece and looks great! Self admittedly, mantle clocks aren’t our thing so we don’t have the knowhow to attempt to get this up and running. It shows light signs of wear, but overall is super nice for the age! We are Tattooed Thrifters, a Virginia based couple who loves a good find! Vacations, tattoos, and a small addiction to Halloween decorations. All are expensive and this is a fun way for us to take the financial edge off. We don’t have an instagram-worthy story about quitting our full-time nursing jobs or leaving corporate to start a flipping business – this is just a side hustle (which sometimes feels like a full-time hustle). As found condition, it will need your TLC cleaning but it’s working right along. It would be striking with the brass balls polished and the unique wrap around hands polished, but I will leave that to the new owner.
