Clock is in a really great shape. I don’t know a whole lot about the mechanisms of clocks. The pendulum seems to swing, but I don’t see the hands necessarily moving. Just looking at the mechanism it doesn’t seem to be damaged in any kind of way.

Antique Seth Thomas Adamantine 8 Day Clock. Very nice condition, all things considered this clock is at very least 125 years old. Works were removed, cleaned, serviced & oiled with clock oil. Ready for use and enjoyment. Clock rings small bell once on half hour and gongs once for every hour on the hour. Looks like original clock dial face. 15 3/4″ wide, 17 1/4″ including legs. 4 1/2 diameter clock face.

Please review ALL pictures for overall condition and size, as this forms the overall condition/description of the item. Wear is consistent with age and use. Not sure what it needs to get going, it is not running right now. It chimes when the minute hand goes past 6, won’t stay running but can see minute hand move and other gears moving, has some scratches, marks, no glass, etc. Measurements are in the photos.
