Antique 1890 – 1910 Fredrick Mauthe German Mantle Clock VIDEO – RUNS. Pendulum – Present – Original. Mechanism – Time and Strike – Movement is a bit dirty and would benefit from a cleaning. Hands – Original – Steel. Dial – Original – Metal. Operating condition – I have many clocks to test and limited time to do so – Tested – I have ran for over 3 hours – the clock wound easy and kept good time during operation. Prior owner ran this clock off and on for several weeks at a time over the time he has owned it. Please understand i do not know the mechanical service history of this clock, and it MAY need service in the future for long term optimal operation. Features – VERY fancy walnut finished case – Very decorative dial – All Original – 13″ tall X 10″ Wide – Very High Quality example.
