Antique Seth Thomas Adamantine Faux Marble Lions Head Claw Foot Clock. This listing is for an antique Seth Thomas clock. I’ve never seen another single pillar model in this color / design. The others I’ve seen have 2 or 3 pillars on each side. Claw feet and double lions head. Please feel free to make an offer. All offers are appreciated and considered. It weighs approximately 9 pounds and measures approximately 16 x 10 x 6 1/2. The pendulum is included. It was not hanging when found, it was on the bottom of the clock. There is no key for it. There is 2 signatures on the back. One dated 1930 and the other 2019. The glass to the front is in great shape. The clock itself has common light wear from age like light surface scratches, but nothing significant. Very durable faux marble material. The are slight wear areas in wood base edges, rear top corner on one side and separation at bottom wood front (see pictures). We are not expert in antique clocks and would suggest a clean and oil as well as inspection by a professional antique clock maker jeweler restorer. The glass and all parts are present and in amazing condition. The pillars are antique material, has crown, metal lion claw feet front, metal feet back, corinthian columns, wind up with 2 keys and round pendulum. This is a genuine Seth Thomas mantle clock believed patented Sept. Authentic Label 295 G however it seems the label reflects a pocket watched jeweled and not this clock (it is an old label and was maybe a company error at the time). Approximate measurements exterior: 18″ wide, 12.5″ tall, 7 deep. Please review all photos, you can zoom in closer for condition and detail. All reasonable offers considered. Sorry for the crummy pics, I could barely move the thing. I was told this came out of a bank in Freehold, NJ. Even though its missing the crown, its still 70 tall as it stands. Other than the crown, it looks pretty complete, but I cant be sure because I never had anything like this. No weight looks to be present. The finish is alligatored, and the paint is peeling on the dial. I have no way of knowing whether it works. I do have two keys, one for winding and one for the door.
