Antique 1890s – 1910s Cast Iron Figural Novelty Mantle Clock. Features – Gold Gilt Finish – Foundry stamped on the base (see photo 10) – 20″ tall X 9″ Wide – High Quality example for its era and has a very unique look for display to any space – Is missing the glass thats covered the dial. Movement – Time Only. Operating condition – I have many clocks to test and limited time to do so – Tested – This clock ran for several hours after i oiled it but it then did stop. I would recommend keeping the movement oiled atthe very least but would also recommend to have it professionally cleaned if you are wanting run it consistently, thus to guarantee long term optimal operation. Here is a recent estate find. This is a RARE Antique 1892 SETH THOMAS’Lodge’ Victorian Alarm Clock, Made by the Seth Thomas Clock Company Thomaston Conn USA. This Has the Original Paper Over Tin Dial with Seconds Sweep Sub Dial and Alarm Sub Dial, Signed “ST” and “Seth Thomas”, in Very Good Condition! The Case is a Figural’Cottage Shaped’ Nickel and Brass Metal Case with Bottom Bell Alarm. The Clock Movement is a Mechanical Wind-Up Movement with Alarm, That Winds and Sets From the Rear. This is in Good Cosmetic Condition, with Normal Wear From Age, One of the Side Glass Panels is Missing Otherwise Fine! The Clock Has Been Sitting a Long Time and is Dusty. It Needs Lube, Cleaning or Service! 7 1/2″ Tall x 4 1/4″ Wide x 3 3/4 Deep. Don’t pass this one up, I have Never Seen One Like This Before! A stunning Rare Clock!

Antique 1895 Enamel Over Iron Figural Kroeber POMPADOUR Clock – VIDEO – MUSEUM PIECE – RARITY – Fully 24k Gold Plated. Pendulum – Present – Original. Mechanism – Marked Kroeber – Time and Strike. Hands – Original – Steel. Dial – Original – Painted Metal – Cut out style. Operating condition – Tested – I have ran for over 2 hours – the clock wound easy and kept good time during operation. Prior owner ran this clock off and on for several weeks at a time over the 20 years he owned it. Please understand i do not know the mechanical service history of this clock, and it MAY need service in the future for long term optimal operation. History – The prior owner was a clocksmith for 38 years and at age 89 he. Was no longer able to work on them, so decided to start letting some of his personal clocks go. Tho he did keep regular oiling and typical maintenance up as needed while he owned them until this last year. Features – Heavy at 15 lbs unboxed – VERY rare – Prior owner had this clock plated in 24k Gold – Every metal decorative accent as well the bezel and rear closure door is 24k Gold plated, certainly adds luxury feel as well as maximum eye appeal. Info on this clock can be seen in photo 2 and are right from the Kroeber clock book owned by prior owner – Beveled glass closure door – FANCY metal accents – 18″ tall X 10″ Wide – Very High Quality example. Clock Body – Condition is as seen – Please see ALL photos you be the judge. There are just a couple of small flakes spots in the enamel (can be seen in the photos just above the 12 & 1 position above bezel) otherwise No cracks, chips or damage to be found in the housing.
