There is a tiny piece of veneer missing at the top right which is barely noticeable (see last photo); otherwise, I see no other defects in the wood case which looks to be maple. It has a very nice reverse painted tablet that does have a few scratches in the paint on the inside of the door that really are not seen from the front with the door closed.

As you can see it wants to run. See tape measure for dimensions. Will need servicing and looks like the crutch was repaired. Case has wear and a few small pieces of veneer missing but not bad at all for its age and is very solid. Label is all but completely gone but I think the style of label puts it around early 1850’s.
