Antique Seth Thomas Adamantine Faux Marble Lion Head Woman Mantle Clock. This is a beautiful clock. It is not overwound and will run but pendulum need to be reattached for the chimes to ring.. Glass face in tact no damage.. Otherwise this clock is in fine condition with a couple marks on the top. Includes all parts shown. Measures 11 1/4″ tall, 15 1/2″ wide at feet and 6 1/2 front to back. As is as shown.

This rare Seth Thomas & Sons “Orio” figural mantel clock dates to the late 1870s-1880s and features a beautifully sculpted classical seated figure signed D. The clock retains its original finish, showing only expected age-related wear, and houses the correct Thomaston, CT Seth Thomas & Sons movement, which is in working condition. The ornate case includes deep Victorian engraving, a round Roman-numeral dial marked Seth Thomas Sons & Co. , and a richly detailed bronze-tone sculpture. The figure is securely attached overall, with only slight movement at one support point when touched – typical for clocks of this age. This is a premium New York-division Seth Thomas clock, produced during the company’s highest-quality era. These Orio-designed figural clocks are highly collectible and increasingly hard to find with original finish and a functioning movement. A striking display piece and a fine example of 19th-century American horology paired with European sculptural artistry. Clock is in working condition with its original Seth Thomas & Sons movement. The finish appears original and shows expected age-related wear, including some rubbed areas. Clock is in very good overall shape with a beautiful patina, runs as it should. There are some cracks in the metal casing but they are not structural. Please check photos for overall condition.

You are looking at a very nice and hard to find Antique Seth Thomas Adamantine Mantle Clock. This clock is in excellent clean condition, with normal use and age wear. The wind coils, the bells, and the crank seem to work, but the pendulum doesn’t keep it’s movement, so this clock will need some kind of adjustment, or repair, and the back panel is missing. The front door, including the glass is in excellent condition, without any chips, or cracks. Comes with the original pendulum and key. ALL THE IMAGES ARE ACTUAL PHOTOS. All of my items are in excellent clean condition. All of my items are carefully stored in a clean smoke, and pet free environment.

Here is a hard to find antique original, Seth Thomas Ding Dong strike Adamantine mantle clock in great working condition. It comes with a key but not the original key. It needs a double sided key for the fast and slow pin. It runs a little slow because I do not have the fast slow key. Easily found, I do not know the size though. The key that comes with it will wind the clock and the chime side. Great paper label still attached to the inside of the back door. Thanks and have a Blessed Day. Update, I have a double sided key that works on this clock.
