Mixed Fruit wood case 11+1/2″H by 14″W by 6D. This item showing visible signs of cosmetic wear from regular use but overall it is in a function condition looks great and displays nicely. TESTED Working Seth Thomas’ Sons & Co. New York, NY, No. 8051, 8 day, time and strike spring driven brass movement figural shelf clock Maidens Musician & Artist. Watch the video to hear the delicate bell strike for the hour and half hour. The cast metal cases were most likely made by Mitchell Vance & Co. New York and supplied to Seth Thomas. Their catalog offered clocks made by Seth Thomas with cases made by them. Condition: Cast spelter case retains most of it’s bronze finish, but has a small scratch on the center column. Original porcelain dial in very good Condition Roman Numerals. Back access door is original. Heavy Beveled Glass to cover Dial. Dimensions: 12.5in x 19in x 4.5in Circa: 1872in Original condition, has a several small scratches or chip on the paint, one of the leveling legs is bent, but in very good condition over all, the key is a Seth Thomas replica. The Clock has been Tested for 10 days, Cleaned and oiled mechanism, Works and keeps accurate time.
