This clock is tested and working. Not sure of the creation year but the service tags say it was regulated and oiled in 55 whether thats 1955 or 1855 im not sure. The other service card says it was serviced in 1967 as well. The back is nailed on and i cant retrieve any further information without fear of damaging it. This does not come with a crank.
