This rare original zinc dial is in very good original condition with good original solid dial paint as shown in the photos , and having some strengthening to most of the numerals and lines. Dial presents very well. Measures 11 5/8″ outer diameter, 1 1/2″ between the center of the center hole and the center of the winding hole, 1 15/16 between the center of the center hole and the center of the seconds hole. Classic Plymouth tambour mantel clock by Seth Thomas, featuring a timeless arched case in a rich, warm wood tone. The proportions are spot-on, with a beautifully balanced silhouette and a clean, legible dial accented by ornate hands and brass bezel. This is one of those pieces that just works anywhere-traditional, transitional, or even mixed into more modern interiors for contrast. This is an 8-day key-wind movement and includes both key and pendulum. The clock is currently running and keeping time, and a video is included showing it in operation. Interior retains original paper label with instructions, adding to its authenticity. Light, honest age-related wear to the case as expected, but overall presents very well. A solid, dependable example with great presence and functionality.

Date on the movement is 1921, so it was made sometime after that. I see “11-35″ scratched into the case. It has a 6 silvered dial. Cosmetically it’s nice. I see that one of the rear feet is cracked and there are some spots on the bezel, but overall it’s nice and shows age but not abuse. Mechanically the clock is mostly untested. It was wound and ran here and when the hands were cycled, it chimed. The movement appears to be pretty clean, but the last service is unknown so expect some adjustments there too. This is a great clock in nice condition and it’s priced to sell so don’t miss it.

This vintage Seth Thomas clock is a rare find for antique collectors. With a beautiful Art Deco design, this rectangular clock is made of wood in a brown color. It has a quartz movement powered by electricity and features an analog display. The clock was manufactured in the early 20th century, and is a true vintage item. The brand is Seth Thomas and the model is Rodson. Measuring 9 inches in length, 6.75 inches in height, and 2.75 inches in width, this clock is a perfect addition to any collection. The clock is in working condition. There is some peeling to the lacquer over the wood on the sides mainly. There are other little marks. The electric cord is very old but works. Front brass trim and glass hatch opens from the side. Front Measures 7 3/4 inches in diameter and 3 1/2 inches thick. Back plate measures 8 1/4 inches in diameter. Made in the U. Four pre drilled holes already exist for mounting. Front face has two key turns for winding (key included). Clock does wind up on both sides but not working.
