Here is a very good egyptian revival clock circa 1890 from mitchell & vance ny. This clock is probably spelter case, incredible details as you can see very well done and high quality, the movement needs work, the clock will run only maybe 20-30 seconds, there is a pendulum but no key, when trying to wind it does not there both tight, we didnt try cleaning or doing anything like that. Mitchell Vance & Co Seth Thomas & Sons Antique Statue Clock Repair Female Rare. This clock comes from a mans clock shop with a note saying it didnt have a pendulum or key and probably did not work. It has been in storage for at least 3 years. Its 18.5 high and 18.5 wide and 8.5 deep. There are some parts missing on the case and the rear left leg has damage. Ive shown this in the pictures. The dial and bezel look pretty good with some very slight flaking around the winding holes. The deer stag head and antlers are complete and in very good condition. The female figure is complete and in very good condition as well, with all her fingers intact. The glass is thick with a thick beveled cut on the circumference. I can see that one of the hands is missing, and as mentioned previously there is no pendulum or key. Please look closely at the pictures as they are an integral part of the description.
