Solid Brass case with porthole beveled glass crystal – Front measures 6″ diameter 4″ deep – back measures 8. Movement -appears to be working when wound and chime/striker is working – not tested and can not vouch for accuracy, reliability, missing broken, or scratched parts and pieces. Antique Seth Thomas Wood Mantle Clock No 298A 8 Day Half Hour Strikes Parts Only. Depth measurement 4.75 in. See all pictures for details. Is in beautiful condition. The pendulum does work for a few minutes and keeps time. But does slow and stop. Alarm wind up turns well. Alarm will ring and also has sound of the hourly chime, but it is not consistently functioning. Will need someone with antique clock experience to fix and get running correctly.
