No marks, no scratches, glass is perfect. After polishing would be like new. Clock bell 2 times every hour and half an hour. You can regulate speed of the clocks as you can make it silent. No Serial Number. Dial – signed Seth Thomas – Dial is paper – dial does have some discoloration. Black Arabic numbers – single sunk, wonderful heavy black steel hands. Solid Brass case with porthole beveled glass crystal – Front measures 6″ diameter 4″ deep – back measures 8. Movement -appears to be working when wound and chime/striker is working – not tested and can not vouch for accuracy, reliability, missing broken, or scratched parts and pieces. Rare Antique Seth Thomas U. I heard that it was made nearly 70 to 100 years ago. Wind-up style, glass windshield, it moves smoothly when you wind it up. The green coloring and form are rare. The time difference is barely noticeable. You can use it without any problems by turning the mainspring, but please be aware that there may be some time differences. For your consideration is a antique seth thomas banjo clock.. Please look closely at the photos there are several pieces missing and broken.. Overall it’s still an awesome piece and has a great look through it.. For the most part, it’s all there. The only pieces I see missing are the back Covers..
