It measures overall 7 inches, 6 1/4 -inch dial and the case is 3 1/4 inches deep… Will run for about one day and then stop. Wear to the face, but still nice antique clock.

It’s in the original brass case with front glass. The movement is a double Spring movement that is original and well-maintained. However, it will only run sporadically and needs to be cleaned. The case has quite a bit of tarnish and could be polished up considerably. Please check the photos closely for additional details.

No Serial Number. Dial – signed Seth Thomas – Dial is paper – dial does have some discoloration. Black Arabic numbers – single sunk, wonderful heavy black steel hands. Solid Brass case with porthole beveled glass crystal – Front measures 6″ diameter 4″ deep – back measures 8. Movement -appears to be working when wound and chime/striker is working – not tested and can not vouch for accuracy, reliability, missing broken, or scratched parts and pieces. Original WWII Zig Zag Clock. Clock needs to be reserviced – clock only works for a couple for seconds and hands move – so it probably needs to be reoiled. Does not include anything, just the clock. Photos should show everything. Research indicates that Azure clocks were used by submarines during WWII to zig zag and avoid being detected.
