Antique Seth Thomas 8 Day Time and Strike Banjo Clock 1920’s. This beautiful clock was made by The Seth Thomas Clock Co. In Thomaston, Connecticut, USA during the 1920’s. It features a quality Seth Thomas #120J time and strike, keywind, pendulum driven movement. We wound it up and tested it for a few days. It may stop and need to be re started or it may continue to run fine. The nicely styled mahogany case is still in the original finish. Antique Seth Thomas Brass Outside Bell Ships Clock Ca. 1870-1880s

There is a strike on and off button. Wear is consistent with age and use with scratches and service wear to the face of the clock and a few screws that have been replaced. There is also service wear to the paint on the numerals. The clock is mounted on its original wood plague and comes with its original brass key. The clock has been quietly hanging on the wall for years. When I first winded the clock, I had to nudge the second hand. The clock after a few hours second hand stops and needs another nudge.
